Across 2018, I will be taking on 12 tough events in 12 months. I will complete a different event each month, mixing up different elements including running, indoor skiing and rowing, weightlifting, burpees (lots of them!), and cycling. These are all mainly long endurance focused events to push me as far as possible both mentally and physically. This will be particularly hard for me as those who know me well know I’m not built for endurance!
This will all be in aid of raising money and awareness for CALM (more information here), as well as looking to push my body to new limits in events that are very much out of my comfort zone!
